Moss Valley Meats can cater from a single person order to a grand party order.

Hi Karen,

Just thought I would let you know that I did the 6 hour roasted pork shoulder for dinner last night and it was BEAUTIFUL!! The meat was tender and succulent and so very, very tasty, it literally fell apart yet was still wonderfully moist. It fed six of us for dinner and has had them queuing up for sandwhiches today and there is still plenty left. I highly recommend it, it's a cut I will consider first in future and it will of course come from Povey very, very good pork thank you!!

Not surprised you keep being asked for the Pork Shoulder Recipe, with your Pork it’s superb!  We casseroled the cushion a couple of weeks ago and it was divine, as was the gammon (cured on the bone) I really can’t say enough about how tasty, tender and succulent all the meat we have had from you has been and as for the sausage well!  Thanks again for starting up your ‘farm sales’ it has given us back ‘proper pork’!
